2. Magpunta sa Dr. Jesus C. Delgado Memorial Hospital (7 Kamuning Road, Quezon City) at ipakita ang isa sa mga sumusunod na valid government-issued ID na nagsasaad na ang iyong residential address sa aming Cashier at mga doctors’ secretaries upang ma-avail ang Pusong Delgado discounts.

- Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)
- Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)

3. Ang mga residente ng mga nasabing barangays ay makaka-avail ng mga sumusunod na discounts at benepisyo:
- Standard professional fee of P500 on each basic consultation with a participating specialist (General Medicine, OB-GYN, Pedia and Surgery)
- 10% Discount on Laboratory, Emergency Room, X-ray and General Ultrasound services (*18 to 59 years old and not a PWD)
- 5% Discount on room accommodation
- Parents of pediatric patients can avail the abovementioned discounts for their children by presenting their valid government-issued ID and their child’s school ID or a copy of the child’s birth certificate.
* Senior Citizens and PWDs may avail promotional discount or the privilege discount provided in the Expanded Senior CItizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
4. Ang pag-avail ng Pusong Delgado discounts ay hindi valid kapag gagamitin kasama ng – o in conjunction with – other hospital discounts, promos, and corporate or HMO account schemes.
